Senior Yield Manager (NYC)

LOCATION: New York, NY

The Yield Manager at the Rubicon Project plays a central role in managing publisher relationships. The Yield Manager is responsible for monitoring performance for a book of business and ensuring performance targets are hit. The Yield Manager is the inventory and performance expert for the publishers they manage. Reports directly to the Director of Yield Management.

Responsibilities =

•     Manage the inventory and performance side of the relationship with publishers.
•     Analyze performance for publisher accounts and provide on-going metrics and reviews.
•     Monitor changes in inventory, analyze the effects and communicate to other supporting business units.
•     Identify new revenue opportunities for publisher inventory and work closely with the Trading Desk to achieve them.

Qualifications =

•     1-2 Years of relevant online advertising experience required.
•     A working understanding of ad serving platforms / ad technology a plus.
•     Self-starter, with demonstrated track-record of executing and delivering in a fast paced environment.
•     Outstanding computer skills including solid knowledge of spreadsheets, presentation software (i.e., PowerPoint), and CRM systems (Saleforce.com)
•     Bachelor's degree. A math or finance background a plus.
•     Location: position will be based out of New York, NY
