Credit & Collections Analyst (LA)

LOCATION: Rubicon Project HQ (West LA)

Seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Analyst to manage Domestic & International accounts. Looking for someone who is driven, motivated and excels in a fast paced environment. Ability to perform root cause analysis and quickly develop a course of action to solve problems. Must be a self starter that can manage a complicated base of accounts. Ability to work effectively with internal and external Sales and Sales Support. Work closely with customers to process orders, resolve issues and maximize collections. Must have excellent customer service skills and be very detail oriented. Must have experience with financial statement and risk analysis. Other job duties as required. Must be highly proficient in excel including pivot tables, Vlook-ups and other data analysis functions. Oracle & Salesforce experience is a plus.

Specific Job Duties:

• Collection calls/email to customers
• Identification and resolution of issues
• Reconcile accounts
• Research unapplied payments
• Cash Forecasting
• Credit Analysis for new and existing accounts

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree or some college coursework
• Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably in Internet Industry)
• Experience utilizing Dun and Bradstreet & Experian Int’l reports
• MS Excel proficiency
• Experience with Oracle
